01Why is it this cheap?
Because the costs are honest. We store sealed boxes we cannot read, which means no analytics pipeline, no data team mining your records, no acquisition machine to feed. Warm paper is cheap to keep.
02What happens to my pouch if PicoPouch closes?
You get your records out, in a readable format, with notice — that commitment is in the terms, not a blog post. And because everything is encrypted with your keys, a closing company still can’t read what it was holding.
03Do you sell data, ever, in any form?
No. Not aggregated, not anonymised, not "with partners". We couldn’t sell the contents if we wanted to — we can’t read them — and we don’t sell the fact of you either. No advertising trackers on this site.
