The first Sunday.
Everything worth doing in the first sitting, in the order most people do it. One hour, one cup, and the heaviest things are off your mind.
Four steps,
by the second cup.
Open the pouch
Two minutes to sign up, no card. Then the part that matters: write your recovery key on paper and put it where the passports live. Do this before anything else.
Add what's heaviest
The mortgage, usually — rate, renewal date, broker, and the sentence of advice. Then the bank and the home insurance. Three records is a strong first Sunday.
Name one trusted person
The person who'd need to step in. Choose what they can see now (maybe nothing), and seal a first envelope for some day. You can change every part of this later.
Let the help notice renewals
There's no date to type in. Connect a bank feed or upload a statement, and the help notices the shape of a renewal — a mortgage payment, an insurance premium — and proposes a task when it's due. You confirm or dismiss; nothing runs on its own.
What good looks like
after an hour.
It’s Sunday
somewhere.
Put the kettle on and open the pouch. The mortgage folder knows where it is.
